Menu Plan Monday

I got this idea from my friend Katy Travis.  Each weekend I look at our schedule for the next week and plan what we will eat for dinner each day.  With only the two of us, several days are usually leftovers.  I make a list of all the ingredients we need and search for coupons.  Making just one trip and sticking to our list has really helped us reduce our grocery bill.  Here's the plan for this week:

Monday: Leftover Shepard's Pie
Tuesday: Quesadilla Casserole
Wednesday: Shrimp and Broccoli Stir-Fry (Curves light recipe!)
Thursday: Leftovers (Exam night for me)
Friday-Saturday: CSC Retreat, so no planning needed
Sunday: Dinner provided at Life Group
